Así que si tu objetivo es bajar de peso de manera saludable, recuerda que el microondas puede ser una herramienta muy útil pero, no hagas trampa y evita a toda costa utilizar el microonda para calentar comidas preparadas congeladas. Estos productos generalmente cuentan con muchos conservadores que tu cuerpo tiene que procesar. Usa el microondas de manera responsable y luce la figura que siempre has deseado.
